Yea you could do set of those usually people will do negative reps do break plateau. But i see your on a1m i am sure your breaking all kinds of records lol now go lift heavy and get big! -

If you want to add quick bulk mass lower those reps, maybe like 3 sets of 6 reps with dumbell curls go as heavy as possible going to failure once a week. -

Look folks no one is selling you fake havoc epi powder is really cheap, Bunking it would not make any sense. Want good noticeably results from havoc? 50 to 60 mg from the get go 5 to 6 week cycle. 30 or 40 mg your going see little result especially from a typical 4 week Cycle. -

Yep your making fast gains, one the biggest mistakes with ph use is not letting your tendons rest. If you strain those you will know it and you will be out for awhile. -

Definitely going to need a test base with Alpha 1. Keep a mild preworkout with you unless you want to be a bulked up lethargic zombie at week 3.
