Hmm, I've actually never heard of that exercise before, I'll have to give them a try! Hand positioning looks hella awkward in some of the videos though.

  3. Crossfit any good?

I'm still not sure how I feel about Crossfit.. People seem to get great results from it but some of the stuff they do just seems backwards as hell. Example: youtube.com/watch?v=tAZaHzd6qAY
  4. Hypertrophy and bodybuilding

anabolicminds.com/forum/training-forum/189614-lots-programs.html First This ^ Lots of Programs for Lots of Goalsets. 5. Lower chest development

In the same boat as you OP.. though judging by your avatar pic, I think my BF is a tad bit higher than yours. Would a lower BF% yield similar results in bringing out definition for the chest? (As I ask this, i think i know the answer)

This. Although, I won't lie, I do like feeling like the hulk during/after my arm/chest workouts.
  7. am I supposed to be sore?

I'm usually a little sore (not like can't sit down to take a crap sore) the day after working legs, and I can usually feel it when I've worked my chest, but, this is usually during the first couple weeks of a new routine. After I'm about a month in I don't get all that sore. I supplement with...

  9. Alpha-T2, Tight Xtreme Reloaded, Shred Matrix, or Black Ultra Concentrate

I've only ever tried the Lipo 6, it gave me jitters to the max, and I'm pretty stim tolerant. I have heard good things about he Alpha T2 though.
  10. Are BCAAs even necessary

Scivations Xtend is one supp I've come to love. Keeps you from getting the mid-workout "shakes" (glycogen depletion). I believe BCAA's do spike your insulin but, if I'm not mistaken, it's not quite the same as eating a glazed donut/a high GI food.(?)
  11. Recipe for Disaster: What NOT TO DO

For sure! Just curious what type of creatine (monohydrate, ee, etc.) is in meats? Is it absorbed better than a supplement? Are there Advantages/Disadvantages to "Natural" creatine vs. supplements?

Some solid advice! I didn't realize creatine was in chicken and fish, i always thought it was just in beef.
  16. Building muscle while burning fat

Yeah.. I've been reading a lot more about people switching from the traditional bulk/cut cycles to just straight "lean bulking" To address OP, yes it is very possible as stated above. The amount of fat loss though will depend on a few factors including how much fat you have to lose, how much...
  17. oxyelite pro and cellucor c4

Wow.. You must be quite stim tolerant then. 1 cap of OEP made me jittery for hours.
  18. WHAT THE EFF DO I DO?!!!!

Agreed, freaking out/stressing about it will only make it worse. It's not irreversible so just calm down. Next step is this ^ Get a SERM or some other form of PCT like formadrol extreme, AI PCS, Triazole, etc. If all else fails go to your doctor and tell him you're worried your test/libido is low.
  19. A little Advice/Guidance

I am also an Endo, and I've come to terms with the fact that im definitely not old enough for a cycle of anything yet, at least that's what I've been told. Does doing cardio after a workout put muscle mass at risk though? Or is all of the energy coming straight from fat?
  20. A little Advice/Guidance

Alright, that makes sense actually. Which program would you reccomend specifically? I've looked at tons of different programs, from working a body part twice a week all the way down to only doing 3 days a week full body workouts, and I'm not quite sure what is best for the goals I have in mind...
