    Are you on any liver support?? No do not replace the tren and dmz for superdrol. The superdrol is probably more potent then those 2 combined. I do not recommend you go past 6 weeks with a stack like that. Epi dose at 50mg is not a "light" dose either. how has your appetite been?

    How long have you been running the dmz? You're running a pretty potent stack. I would probably drop the dmz if you've been running it this whole time now. Up your fish oil, see if that helps.

    Week 5 is definitely a common time when lethargy hits on a compound let alone 3 of them. And yes MK677 will most likely give you very bad lethargy in the first week or so. Of course everyone is different however. I think you should stop the mk677 and start it in PCT.
