    Thanks for the quick hit man! Sounds good. Every product affects people differently....but I'd say 9/10 people give RITUAL two thumbs way up! For me its the endurance where it shines, whether lifting or shooting hoops.

    Surprised a bit to hear that, especially with 2 packs. Gives you the full dose of 3.2g beta-alanine, 2.5g betaine, 3g Citrulline, 200mg Quercetin....plus the stim complex. It has me typically revved up and I can't leave the gym. But it hits everyone differently. Give it another try and see...

    1 packet is 1 scoop if you have a tub. Very simple. If you're a pre-workout veteran, 2 packets would be good, and that's the FULL (maximum) dose. If you're less tolerant to stims, or not a big pre guy....start with 1 packet and go from there to assess tolerance.

    Getting to 25 wasn't too hard at all. Hopefully SP doesn't have to turn anyone away. but I'm sure we'll do another one soon too. Maybe a RITUAL and DILATE stack....it's insane.
