    Just finishing up an epistane cycle and loved it (about a week left.) I am trying to decide if I should run Ostarine in the post cycle or just run my PCT for a month then run a cycle of Andro Hard next in about 1 to 2 months? What would you all suggest and why?

    I have tried Jack before and threw it away after the second use. It made me itch from head to toe! I hated it. Tnub- I think you and I are on the same page. I have upped my water intake and potassium. The cramps are getting better.

    IMO eph should be taken at about 40-50mg/daily to be effective. Be careful as the side effects of this stuff can be serious. Just make sure you get a clean bill of health from your doctor

    actually the cramps are upper back, lower back, neck, jaw, calves and tricep. The cramps are very short in nature and completely random.

    based on your post I would check into IBE Epistane or something that has the same formula not a knock off. At 22 yrs of age you don't need a test booster. Your test is still off the charts compared to some of us. Proper diet and training is all you really need at your age.

    This is my second cycle with Epistane. The first time I only used 20mg/day. This time I am 50mg/day. Unlike the first cycle this cycle I am experiencing a lot of cramps. Has anyone else had this issue? Did you start taking potassium to get around this or just cut the dosage back?

    True true the facts are in and I'm not a kid anymore. I just feel like one most of the time. My kids keep you feeling young. Playing kung fu, hide-n-seek and wrestling. The biggest difference seems how much easier it is to get hurt.
