    I use 23s in quads and 25s for delts. I used used a 25 in quad last time though and it was fine.

    What kind of advice do you need? Swab the vial and let it dry. Swab your injection site and the area around it good. Make sure it's dry before injection. Don't stab it, but push it in with with a deliberate motion. Plunge slowly and not all fast n $ hit. Pull out, put your finger over injection...

    The argument that we are closet worshippers and deep down we know God exists is just stupid. If that were the case we would be damning ourselves to hell and forsaking him even though we "believe". Kind of counterproductive, isn't? More flawed logic from Christians.

    Personally, I wouldn't work out 6 days on 1 off. Your CNS is taking an absolute beating and I wonder about your recovery and growth associated with that. Give some time to recovery. You need more rest days man.
