With AGE I'm loosing FORCE, time to MAXIMIZE!
My arm is still a mess, so no workouts to speak of. I know there won't be any for a while either. Gets me a lil bummed when I think about it. I enjoy lifting when I'm healthy. It releases our endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, and others that are our God given happy drugs. I think all of us here...- Thoms

Thank you wicked and djbombsquad! I went to the doctor yesterday and he told me the same thing as the surgeon at the hospital. 1-2 centimeters more into my ulna nerve and I'd have paralysis to my hand. So it's a bummer, but I'm thankful at the same time! I know the healing power of the patch, so...- Thoms

Had a major setback this weekend, as far as lifting goes for sure anyhow.
