    Yes, this is my first cycle. I did my research though, i have a serm ready. Its just that if im going to cycle, i want to make my cycle worth it, mthats why i felt i should add sdmz. Im almost finished my first bottle, would it hurt to just drop the halo and switch to sdmz?
