    I could be wrong but I believe that where the blanket verbiage comes into play is for further sales. "You better not sell anything that builds muscle or we'll put it on the list!". That's how I interpret it but like I said, I could be wrong.

    What cycle that wont crush my joints

    Everyone is different, but I think as mentioned...water, fish oil and a joint supp should fiber you with most cycles. I'm doing halo and epi right now. Taking in at a minimum of a gal a day of water, taking fish oil (3g's e/d) and joint supps and my joints feel good.

    Day 25 - 231.0 So I haven't put on much in this last week but I feel like I've toned up a bit and put on some size. Once again, I got all my lifts in this week, consistency with this cycle has been good so I'm happy ha ha. As I'm sure I've mentioned previously I usually miss a day or two here...
