I'm about to lose my lifting partner and was trying to decide how I was gonna do it. I like having a spotter to push for that last rep I might not get but I guess the power rack will be there or I could always slide the weight off. I agree with gamer though on the mental part of it though that's...
That would make sense, just flaring up some that were just weren't visible under the skin. Have you tried some smaller doses long term to see if the effect wears off?
I like these also...I'm currently using a really worn down pair of addidas sambas until I get some vibrams or a pair of chuck taylor just for my workouts.
From what I've seen since you're getting less oxygen it trains your body to use what oxygen you are getting more efficiently so that when you're breathing without the snorkel its all the efficient. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I haven't personally used them but I've heard of people's lifts going up when you take the grips off after using them for awhile, just like doing on a thicker then on a regular bar.
I've had this before when I squat mine tingles a little though almost like a slightly pinched nerve, I stretch a little more and its normally good, like you said its not painful just uncomfortable.
I wouldn't drop a thing...just maybe cycle the jack but like you said you might be stopping it for a bit anyways so it looks like a spot on set of staples to me,
Great product and then you put it on a great sale...what else you expext ;) Nice to hear a thank you...unfortunately I'm still waiting on my 4 bottle shipment to come with my nutrapro :(
