    Hey all, So I am increasing my calories as I'm trying to bulk up but am feeling very guilty doing it. Calories are going from around 2000 to around 2600-2700 it's been a gradual increase not just a giant leap. Is the guilty feeling normal?

    Thanks man I do front squats. I love them. They hurt but they are increasing my flexibility like mad! I am very concerned with form so I don't lift heavier then I know I can handle. I want to be able to do these lifts but I want to be safe.

    I just did one that consisted of rowing for 2500meters and at every minute you completed 5 reverse burpees. I almost died.... It took me 15 minutes consisted of 75 reverse burpees and by the end my legs were vibrating. One of the best workouts I have ever done.

    I do have a class that I attend 3-4 times a week, I am verry concentrated on ensuring I have the correct form. On top of it I am trying to bulk up a bit. Its just gets sad when there are smaller people than I who can lift more ha ha

    So I have just started with the Olympic Lifts and am in love with them but am getting discouraged as I am not lifting very much. Is this the case for a lot of people when they first begin? Confidence is kind of low when it comes to these lifts as I havent improved all too much yet.

    I wish I could eat that stuff and not gain weight. Although then I probably wouldn't be able to put on muscle. Never a win win. Slowly but surely I will get there. I'm sure everyone was nervous about gaining too much fat on their first bulk

    Oh I will admit that I am too focused on the scale. That thing is the devil. It just became routine in the morning if I just move it away from my bathroom I wouldn't use it lol
