    If I stay below 140mg per injection my E2 stays in range. My SHBG tends to run low so I use daily injections, 20mg everyday with 150iu hCG if I have it. It helps stabilize my serum Test and E2 doing this. I excrete testosterone very quickly.

    All esters spike after injection. Even Nebido (Test Undecanoate) sends levels above the norm but it's the decay curve that changes with esters. Steroid half life isn't when half is left, it's when blood levels drop to half of the initial spike. Same drug but different esters and dosages compared.

    18 weeks is a long time to PCT from. I'd inject every third day with .25mg Arimidex the same day myself and use hCG to keep the boys humming along.

    Only you can decide if you need TRT. I've been on TRT for almost 20 years. I don't regret it but life is hell without it. At times the injections get annoying but it passes. You could try Clomid to boost your natural production since your numbers aren't terrible.
