    I'm not reading the best things about M-Sten. Mostly I'm hearing about a lot of bloat and loss of appetite with only marginal gains. I was contemplating an M-Sten cycle of 6 weeks/20 mg ED, but am now reconsidering. The extra test that the OP is taking may be masking some of the reported issues.

    High blood pressure would be my first guess with regard to the nose bleeds. Also, are you taking a lot of fish oil? At high dosages that will tend to thin the blood and lead to nose bleeds. That's a pretty modest dose of test. Where does it bring your levels to?

    Thanks for the detailed response. Virtually all of the M-Sten logs I've seen also report significant bloating and loss of appetite. That doesn't seem very appealing. I was thinking of running a 6-week cycle at 20 mg a day but now I'm thinking that might be a bad idea.

    Whatever you finally decide, you should log it if you have the time and inclination. As someone else noted, 500mg a week is a legit dosage. You're probably going to see some serious progress. This sounds like it's going to be an interesting adventure.
