    Fwiw i donated double red on 3/21 with a hemoglobin of 16.6 and am feeling the the heart palpatations (pvc). Ive always been ferretin low once i started donating. I hate constipation from the iron....!!!

    While i agree are you sure of the quality of the entire spectrum? No disputing! Fwiw I prefer my terps and thc from vape/dab concentrates shatter or crumbke or vape pen but you need a card to be legal.
