    TRT progress

I have heard flu like symptoms reported by some users just starting TRT. Should go away soon. Your TSH is elevated, try taking an OTC thyroid sup

Why Such High Doses Of Test With TRT?

I'd say most guys feel the effects of higher testosterone starting at 700 TT with adequate free test and estrogen in a good range. Some guys don't feel it until 900 ish, but everyone is different. If you feel great at 1100 and your other numbers look good, I don't see a problem hanging "up...

    TRT progress

no need to harpoon yourself with a 22g needle. You can use a 27g 1/2 inch TB needle and inject in the fat pads above the glutes for a painless injection. You can pull the testosterone with a larger gauge and switch needle heads if you are inpatient or just use the same rig to pull and inject...

Why Such High Doses Of Test With TRT?

I haven't seen anyone on 40-60mg per week, that is pretty low. If you feel good and your numbers reflect good amounts of TT and FT then that will work for you. I think for most guys, that dose will be negligible for a therapeutic response. I would start guys out on 100mg per week in divided...

Does anyone know a good doctor specializing in Low T in the Baltimore area?

Its really not that bad if you get it from compounding pharmacy. I pay about $75 for a 2-3 month supply of HCG with P-5-P added in already prepared.

    Frequent, Small Doses FTW

I've seen some guys pin small amount daily (16mg) and love it because it mimics the bodies daily pulsing of Testosterone in the AM. IIRC, the average male puts out 9-12mg per day NATURALLY or somewhere around that number. I personally don't like the idea of pinning 365+ days per year, even...

    On Pellets

Pellets can be convenient because you don't have to worry about pinning weekly. They also make a lot of profit for doctors but are considered "stone age" by some TRT guru's like Dr. Crisler. If it works for you and you feel good, and your numbers are dialed in then stick with it. Many men...

Which is fine because it's not "necessary" but if you want to keep your balls full, LH pathways, and fertility going you gotta consider HCG.

Does anyone know a good doctor specializing in Low T in the Baltimore area?

frequent injections, daily or EOD keeping it low should really help with not elevating E2 levels. I would say that Testosterone would be more of a culprit elevating E levels. I ran a topical and it only got my TT in the 500's, was running hcg 3x weekly at 250 IU and my E level sensitive stayed...

Does anyone know a good doctor specializing in Low T in the Baltimore area?

I've seen guys with high libido and no ED with lower TT and medium FT ranges. I've also seen guys with high T and free T with no libido, there are many factors at play. When my TT was in the gutter, I still had libido and good wood in ranges 300-500 TT.

Try and keep the hcg doses low and frequent to avoid estrogen sides . 100 iu every day or 250 iu twice weekly should not mess with your estrogen .

About to start TRT. Do I need hCG?

I was using Nettle at 800mg to lower SHBG and for seasonal allergy relief and it worked well for me . If your SHBG can't come down , Danazol is an option but I would shoot for a natural way first. It's easier to treat high SHBG compared to lower IMO.

Will TRT cause such extreme dysregulation of HPTA that other hormonal systems...

I've seen TRT lower cortisol in some men, others it does not effect. As far as pregnenolone, LH initiates the production. If you are on TRT, your LH levels are going to be extremely low and the body will not be sufficient at producing preg. Some guys supplement Preg, others do HCG to keep the...

On HRT - high test -looking for supplement advise - should I have an anti E around?

Topicals peak within 2-3 hours after application, your labs don't make a lot of sense so I would look it into it further with your provider. I like to add probiotics, multi, creatine, joint health/inflammation, Tribulus, fish oils, DIM, Calcium d-glucarate to my protocol. I wouldn't run an AI...

About to start TRT. Do I need hCG?

HCG is not necessary but a lot of guys enjoy it on HRT because it can augment mood and libido. It will preserve testicular volume and keep the LH pathway going as well. If the dose is low and frequent, estrogen issues are normally not a concern. 500 IU a week in divided doses is a good...
