Beginning of long esters
My understanding on long esters is if you increase the dose you usually won't notice a difference for a couple weeks after its increased. Still needs time to build up and maintain that increased dosage. -

I agree with this. The heat relaxes the muscle. You can also heat a small bit of water and sit the vials in it to warm up the oil makes the inject a lot smoother. But like always don't forget to clean the caps after you warm it up! -

18-21g to draw 1" 23-25g for injection. I prefer 25g, personal preference. Glute 1.5" length. Get alcohol prep swabs prepackaged from cvs or where ever... To clean the vial top. And use another swab to clean the injection site. -
First test cycle
Sounds like test flu. Try splitting that 500 up into 2 shots a week. Or keep it at one shot your choice. For me I feel better with it split thru out the week than the whole thing once a week. -
