That's awesome man. I actually work at a vitamin store. I love this work. Whether it's supplementing for health or fitness. I love helping people everyday become a better version of theirselves.
Sure I'd love to get in on this! I love zma products and would like to see what the true difference is between yours and the others I have taken. I am 26 years old, male, I train 5 to 6 times a week hypertrophy, time under tension, and some HIIT cardio. My current diet is clean. I'm lean bulking...
My arms are tiny sadly without a pump they measure 15.5-15.75. I'm trying my best to bring my arms up because I know that's one of my weakest body parts. Since my show I've brought my calves up a whole inch. Now I need to know the secret to arm growth lol.
I'm in for any of the three! Currently running EpiAndro and I'm always looking to add dense quality muscle mass. I could easily run the log full length and post more than the required amount.
My lord! The ingredient profile is insane for both of those products, but are you really getting anywhere by taking that many vasoconstrictors? Even with that crazy pump product I feel like they cancel each other out, but I could be wrong. I would do one scoop of each, so you would get more...
So long as your diet is on point like everyone else said you will lose the weight, but that's not what you were asking advice about, soooo... Diet check
Supplements I would suggest considering you already grabbed some caffeine I'll leave pre out of it as well as the multi. Next get some betaine...
Alright current pre workout stack:
Wreckage or Karken
Hemavol or Pumped Edge (also have some H:VOL by ALLMAX)
2g of fish oil (for the EpiAndro)
1000mg of L-Carnitine
1000mg of CLA
300mg of EpiAndro (for now)
4mg of Astaxanthin
2.5mg of Yohimbine HCL
I think that's all. It just...
There are a lot of ways to do it. I explained one that's a little easier for beginners. So you start out with your maintenance calories and find out the macros that suit YOU. First two days you eat 100% of the carbs in the macros that you figured up then the next two days consume 75% of the...
Exactly! Lifestyle change. I just wish more people would chill and be patient. A half a pound to a pound a week equals more fat loss and less muscle loss.
True, but I think people need to stop doing these "fad" diets and just eat clean and find a balance then start doing some carb cycling after they find out their maintenance calories. Maybe do 100% carbs two days, 75% two days, and 50% carbs for three days. Just the basics
I can't believe no one has said carb cycling. Probably hands down how to lose the most amount of body fat in the shortest amount of time. Plus add some good old supplements to preserve muscle, reduce cortisol, thermogenics, and get that diet clean.
