dude above is def. giving spot on advice. Flexibility is neglected often and is important for more than just injury prevention. unlock speed from your hips man
never lift on empty stomach. Your workout will benefit from eating and you will burn/fatigue far further with calories in your system than you would coming in already depleted..
looks like a similar style delt workout i would do. I think it looks great man. Are you saying your hitting plateus but still getting the shocked feeling from these workouts?
yep can be used for chest believe it or not or back just depends how far you bring it over. Do you use a db or a ez bar? and try it on a decline bench.
bump up the reps in my opinion like he said 8-15 range. Also for time purposes you can get more volume out of supersets and drop sets. Every so often through in a cycle of 4 excercises combined together
same way you went from 190 for 5 to 350 for 1. No difference. it should come pretty quick with muscle memory. Advice would be dont neglect heavy weighted dips. Direct corelation to chest presses
Yep one is not Better than the other. If you have sore lower back from heavy squats on back day i would throw in trap bar lifts instead of bb or even try some heavy rack pulls
good advice here and to be honest i dont think it will make your shoulder bigger but it will keep them able to support heavier weight and lower risk of injury which will yes in turn make your shoulders reach more size. Win win
