    Only in that they can reduce your appetite a lot. If you can still get all the calories in that you need you'll be fine.

    Pretty sure you'd need 2 bottles to even remotely see results, I feel sorry for people spending so much money on a cycle of this when test boosters bought for a fraction of the price work much better.

    Question is, is it a better deal than nutra will when it's restocked? I haven't used it yet but people are always saying the recovery/soreness is greatly reduced. Seeing as I'm on my feet 12 hours at work before the gym so that would be a major plus.
