I absolutely loved the energy. Like I said before, it didn't feel over-stimulated and I didn't feel the need to rest as long because there definitely was a presence of energy. I noticed as I was leaving the gym that I really wasn't tired at all, and felt beastly enough to do it again lol almost...- Red9
