    I suffer stress and high prolactin. As McCrew said, get back into exercise, and grab an L dopa product. SNS is a good brand. I also take P-5-P (a derivative of vitamin B6) and it has worked wonders for prolactin. It is very cheap/safe, try dosage 100mg
