    Have not really tried it in a surplus yet but was super impressed with it on a cut. Seemed great for retaining size/strength and also helped me a lot with muscular endurance.

    I found the Banana split to be too weak so I will mix a tbsp of PB2 with it. I have started using less liquid and the flavor has really grown on me.

    Still working through my banana split, I cut back on the liquid and it's not so bland any more (guess this was obvious). Still liking the apple crumble flavor a lot, especially stirred into greek yogurt or oatmeal. I get a bunch of emails from these guys but man, they have some nice sales...

    I got an 11 lber of banana split and a 2 lber of the apple crumble, the apple crumble is really good and the banana split is too weakly flavored IMO. Doesn't taste bad, would just like the taste a little stronger. Only about 10.7 lbs left to go...

    Kinda weird random question...would this be safe for dogs? About to pick some up for myself and my dog has some bad itchy skin and I am reading it's likely allergies and probiotic would help a lot. He's only 12 lbs, was thinking something like half cap every 3-4 days. Safe?

    I think I am noticing the increased glycogen storage as well, I gained about 4 lbs pretty quickly. It's not bad looking like the bloat you get from some stuff, more of a pump. I was actually a little worried at first because I am cutting for an upcoming PL meet but I will run out of BMP 2 weeks...
