    Exactly, it definitely works for me even at just one cap. I’ve only ever taken two if I had to work out late at night, that ruins my sleep quality so I avoid it as much as possible. I’ve never taken more than two. Hopefully I’m not hurting Steve’s sales! :censored:

    Sorry, it’s just the salted caramel Impact Whey (their cheapest whey) from myprotein. I get the giant 200 serving bag, it’s 11 lbs. the caramel is versatile…I’ll put it in my cold brew coffee, fruit smoothies, good with milk post workout too.
