  1. Thermogenics....

OEP is pretty bomb when it comes to getting rid of the stubborn bodyfat, has always worked well for me
  2. What supplements are best for getting abs?

Nothing 'gets' you abs except good old fashioned diet and exercise...that said, I've always found that OEP is a thermogenic that helps when I'm cutting and trying to lose that last few pounds in the stubborn areas
  3. super cirruss rx

Stuff is amazing, I injured my knee when I was younger, ended up with chronic pain, but this stuff helped immensely
  4. Sleep / recovery supplement ?

I've tried Powerfull (which is sorta along the same lines, a natural GH boost), I got some really good sleep with it; don't take too many, I've overdone it and woke up feeling like I had a sleep hangover lol How is HGH Pro, as far as recovery goes?
  5. super pump 250 ??

Wasn't my favorite....I'm trying C4 now, still a fan of Jack3d myself, nothing gets me quite as amped up as that stuff
  6. best supplement for sleep

I tried melatonin, but kept waking up super groggy...Powerfull helps me get a good night's sleep without the grogginess (plus, it seems to help with recovery after heavy lifting...maybe it's all the sleep I get :)
  7. Pre-Work Out Jack3D

I personally like it, gives me a good kick in the pants, which comes in handy on days when I'm lifting heavier (plus, I like that it doesn't have all the filler of other PWOs). May have been a little underdosed on creatine, but I sometimes add con-cret to it. If you take it everyday, cycle it...
  8. What BCAA do you guys recommend and is it necessary?

I've seen a lot of the talk of underdosed supplements as well, so I went and bought some Modern BCAA (it's 8:1:1 as well); mixes really well and the white blue razz tastes pretty good, and after everything that I've read/heard about the instability of glutamine, I like that it's got sustamine in it.
  9. Getting cut lean

Diet will be huge, and if you want a stimulant based product, Oxyelite is an awesome thermogenic (it can be pretty strong if you've never had a stim product...do you drink coffee or anything else caffeinated?). If you try this, start with just one a day and drink a ton of water, it can build up...
  10. Cissus reviews

I agree, I had knee surgery last year and nothing helped with the chronic aches and pains like Supercissus....and it's much easier than buying bulk cissus and capping it (in my opinion anyway)
  11. Best fat burner on the market??

1,3 is awesome for appetite suppression if your system can handle it, Oxyelite is one of the best thermogenics I've tried. Everything is a waste of money if your diet is off
  12. OxyElite Pro Reviews suspicious

LOL that's funny, but yeah, all things aside, this is a legit thermogenic, you'd think there would be enough real reviews that they wouldn't have to write them.
  13. Best fat burning supplement

OEP is amazing as far as thermogenic products go, great energy (I tried EC stack myself, but get too jittery with it). I lost a good 15 pounds in about 5-6 weeks the first time I took it, always my go to product when I'm cutting
  14. Bulk super Cissus, how do you take it and tolerate it.

Ugh bulk cissus tastes terrible, I definitely shell out the extra $$ for Supercissus. I've read about the two products compared, is there any truth to the statement that Supercissus is more 'pure' than bulk cissus?
  15. Whats the best appetite suppression on the market

Caffeine, in general, always works for me in regards to appetite suppression....tried an EC stack but the energy just wasn't "clean", too jittery. I like Oxyelite, gives a decent amount of energy without the crash, plus the appetite suppressant in it is great
  16. What are some effective weight loss pills?

Recreate and OEP are both very effective products...but know that you aren't going to lose weight without first cleaning up your diet and getting your workouts on point. Thermogenic products (in my experience) seem to be most effective when you're down to the end of a diet and trying to get...
  17. Which fat burner is best?

Fat burners aren't going to preserve muscle, I'd just take one and lift heavy to counteract muscle loss....as for products, I personally think Oxyelite is one of the better products, especially if you're looking to lose fat around the stomach, since it's supposed to help prevent fat storage...
  18. New fat loss stack for my girl friend.

I agree, work with her diet and training to get her down, then throw in something like OEP or the like once she gets low enough...clen is a bit of a rough ride, so to speak, I'd personally stick with something over the counter, especially if it's her first encounter with sups
  19. Pre workout

If you're looking to add more creatine to the mix, sure why not? Jack3d alone is a great product (in my case anyway), but only contains a small amount of creatine, so if that's what you're after, it should be an ok mix, just make sure you drink a lot of water
  20. best fat loss supplement?

EC stack is good...but it got me waaaay 2 jittery...I prefer something otc like Oxyelite....good boost of energy and focus, plus the appetite suppressant factor
