Id advise dosing up slowly though, for both cost effectiveness and so that you continue to reap the benefits as your receptors adjust. I just started 12.5mg 2x per day and ill increase to 3x per day then go to something like 25/12/12 and so on up to about 75mg per day. Just my 2cents- K_pem
