    Lean Bulk Advice

I personally do not track, and don't really feel the need to. If you know all the food you're eating in a day is good, then you should be secure in the knowledge that it's a lean bulk, but remember I'm not one that cares so much about physique, I'm more interested in function and athleticism.

What are your opinions on 5/3/1?

So first things first, I have experienced great success in the past on 5/3/1. And thoroughly enjoyed the gains I made. My question is more about your opinions of the different variations: triumvirate, boring but big, body weight, bodybuilding? What are your thoughts on the different programs?

What is your definition of a hard gainer

In general most "hard gainers" just don't eat enough. The second they start pounding down calories they gain just fine, they find their numbers shoot through the roof and they stop complaining about not being able to gain. I went from 155 to 185. And thought I was a definite hard gainer, till...

    Moving beyond starting strength

No I didn't expect it to, I know the results you get are largely crafted by the diet, but at the same time, I don't think starting strength is enough volume to really pack on slabs of muscle, if I'm wrong, and I'm happy to be, then so be it.
