  1. Sweetlou's training log

I had issues with indigestion and appetite on it too, although not nearly as bad as adrol.
  2. Sweetlou's training log

I ran dmz @ 45 mgs a week going into the last meet and wow, did it put weight on me. I broke into the 240's on it, when I was hovering in the high 220s before adding it in. Everyone reacts differently, but I wasn't too impressed with the strength gains though. Obviously, a lot of people say...
  3. Liftandswim's Log

Upper abs could be an epigastric hernia, perhaps. Good luck!
  4. Sweetlou's training log

I have. I believe it was talked about in that article we discussed before. Would only use it when blasting though, as I am getting tired of being a pincushion already.
  5. Sweetlou's training log

Damn, ralox, clomid and letro.... Holy aromatization!
  6. Sweetlou's training log

I wish we recorded that last set of 485 because it looked like speed work. I guess you were too fatigued to notice, but people were looking at you after like "**** did he just do that?". You are welcome my friend. I am sorry to see that the rest of the day didn't go as well.
  7. 5/3/1 with incline press and OHP would be ok?

It would be okay, but as the poster above noted, why not do incline as an accessory instead? Do 531 with flat bench followed by 5x10 incline.
  8. ANY INTEREST IN LOGGING IRONCHAMP VOLUME/HPTA?

    I could be interested
  9. The Day You MODERNIZE Your Protein! ModernPROTEIN Coming!!

I just woke up from a dream where I was one of the winners selected. The feels when I realize it was nothing but a dream. :P
  10. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

I agree with us posting this elsewhere. Thanks.
  11. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

The more I read this post by NurseGray, the more pissed off I get at your unprofessionalism as a rep. Before you wrote that, I already noted that I use pubmed, googlescholar, etc.. (I have access to jstor as well). Then you go on to claim I am confused and just keep making up new questions once...
  12. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

One thing I want to remind yet again of, this product would serve as a great non-stim preworkout if you take 3 servings of it. My whole issue stems from the idea that this product creates a "massive GH" boost.
  13. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

Steroids had a huge amount of research done already by the germans. Some of their documentation can still be acquired online today. For the record, I am college educated. I have an associates degree and I am within ten credits of graduating in two different majors -- biology and exercise...
  14. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

That's very interesting; however, this doesn't change the fact that there are still much cheaper alternatives out there than this product.
  15. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

Last I checked, you don't need to have a medical degree to use pubmed, google scholar, etc.
  16. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

I don't need to try the product. I am familiar with and have used the ingredients in the product. This isn't some super special, secret formula or anything. I never attacked an individual's personal experience, but rather the claims of the product and the company itself. To say this product...
  17. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

The individual is talking about taking this before bed to sleep, not as a pre-workout. Nice try, buddy.
  18. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

You could take melatonin for a fraction of the price as this and achieve exactly what you are talking about. There is a dosage of common sense for you, bud.
  19. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

That's very true. This product would be great (but still not giving massive gh boosts) at 3-5x the current dosage.
  20. Sleeping for Growth with Nocturnus

Does Dr. Lee provide any evidence that any of that is true? In addition, I have always been under the impression that the ghrh receptor and the ghrelin receptor are one in the same. I am also unaware that anything can even bind to these receptors (not saying that it doesn't happen).
