  2. Serving the Iron Legion: Mithras, Epistane, and Trenavar

Thanks for following, I'm hoping to recomp with this run and I think I've chosen compounds conducive to that. All that remains is to maintain a clean and controlled minor surplus with my diet; I'm confident that the demands of my training will mesh well with the overall diet/anabolic scheme.

  5. Serving the Iron Legion: Mithras, Epistane, and Trenavar

Welcome This log will chronicle my experience with Dimethandrostenol, a relatively new designer compound released under the name “Mithras” by Iron Legion. It will be stacked with Epistane and Trenavar. Having recently embraced raw powerlifting, the tone and tact of this log will be somewhat...
  6. Acute FX (80 Capsules)

5/5 FINAL REVIEW: ACUTE-FX AND HIGH VOLUME To preface this assessment, I will note that I dosed both products per bottle recommendation. Designed for a complimentary stack, AFX and HV handily produce the pump and energy most trainees seek in a preworkout; what sets them apart in the heavily...
  7. Eat, Train, Sleep: Athletix High Volume and Acute FX

It's been a blast and the HV/AFX combination is great, I wish Athletix nothing but success in asserting their place in the market. I also appreciate your (and JudgmentDay's) patience with some gaps in the log, moving back from university was a hectic time but I certainly looked forward to...

  12. Eat, Train, Sleep: Athletix High Volume and Acute FX

Thank you sir; I'm really trying to get to +100lbs for three repetitions, unfortunately its been rough on my tendons (hence the lack of overall sets), but I do treat it as a strength exercise and it really warms everything up prior to training the back directly.

  15. Eat, Train, Sleep: Athletix High Volume and Acute FX

I try to take as little rest as possible, but at times the pump (especially for quads and triceps) is such that I cant physically move with full ROM, so I have to wait a minute or two. I credit that to the High Volume, most definitely. My numbers are decent (excluding the squat) for my...

  20. Any Powerlifting advice?

Fact. And this is entirely what I'm doing; OP you'll likely take a substantial drop in weights moved as you adjust but a properly performed repetition with a "lower" weight than you may be used to will do far, far more for your strength/stamina/physique than any sort of pseudo-rep ego lifting...
