anyone try those new Reebok Zigtech shoes?

People have been making shoes for maybe a few hundred years, nature has been making feet for millions of years. I don't really think a shoe can modify much unless you have some sort of disorder such as uneven legs. Arnold used to do Squats barefoot.

    6 week P-MAG helpout??

I have no personal experience with Pmag or any steroid. But a general rule of thumb would be to take the substance in equal periods of time at its half life. So if the half life of Pmag is say 8 hours, try to take an even dose every 8 hours. But not within 4 hours of bed, it can mess with sleep...

    creatine and atp

No they're not the same thing. In fact (if orally ingesting ATP actually works) I would expect them to have a synergistic effect as Creatine increases the rate of ATP replenishment. I however have no experience with ATP tabs, although they look kind of interesting...

How to get heavy (with muscles)

Add liquid meals, or more liquids to your meals. When I was having a lot of trouble gaining weight I drank a ton of 1% milk and chocolate milk. It won't fill you up very much but it adds a lot of calories. Of course, this may not be possible where you are in Iraq...

Why is AM still on the arginine bandwagon?

There was also a study somebody posted on a forum once (I don't think it was AM) that found NO levels were the same even when subjects were given an arginine free diet for a week. How they gave them an arginine free diet I do not know...

Why is AM still on the arginine bandwagon?

I've read that taking arginine pre-workout actually suppresses growth hormone release. I've also read that free-form L-arginine doesn't pass the blood-brain barrier, but other forms such as arginine-pyroglutamate do. I haven't heard of nitrates helping with NO levels, I think i'm going to try a...

Why is AM still on the arginine bandwagon?

So what would an increased muscle relaxation rate do exactly? Faster atp recovery?

    Hemavol questions

People have said it's better to all 10 preworkout with a ton of water. I doubt you would do any harm taking it 5 days a week so long as you took some time off it between another bottle. But if you have to take it only 4 days a week then just pick what workouts you want to take it for. it doesn't...

    Friend wants to take epidrol

You ask a Highschool drug dealer for Nolva, that's how. And if he's 168lb's w/6% bodyfat at 5'7 he probably already has pretty damn good genetics. I'd love to be where he is at. Nobody on here can force you to change your decision, just make sure it's as safe as possible he decides to do it...

help with creatine gluconate or kre-alkalyn?

Nothing wrong with creatine monohydrate. The best dosing protocol for taking monohydrate is with fruit juice, and then more fruit juice 20, and 30 minutes later. I usually take 6 oz 4oz and 4oz. Although i've been a bit slacker on this lately and been just downing 5grams with 10oz of juice...

    Gatorade-4-Carbs?

o.O never mind I just checked it's SUCROSE and dextrose, at least on my red gatorade powder it is. If you like Gatorade you could try Cytomax.

    Gatorade-4-Carbs?

I believe the powder is a split between dextrose and HFCS, both are simple, high glycemic sugars, good for during and after a workout. Also good for taking with creatine. But I would avoid taking too much gatorade on off days, it won't fill you up and adds a lot of high glycemic carbs.

    BCAA's FTW!

I also dose them pre intra and post. The first time I did this I noticed that I wasn't tired at the end of my workout as much. But then I added chocolate milk or whey+carbs 45 minutes pre-workout and it had the same effect. I don't understand how BCAA's "boost recovery" when you take them...

    BCAA's FTW!

This makes sense I guess, but there are always things cheaper than steaks but with steak you also get all the other amino acids. And there is also the maximum amount of amino acids your body can absorb in a day/at once so if you already had a high protein diet, your body is at a max of the...

    BCAA's FTW!

I don't understand how taking a scoop of protein powder or having a steak or something is different from free form amino acids. you could easily get 2g glutamine and 4-5 grams BCAA's from a glass of milk.
