Have you run AnaBeta Elite before? I wouldn't stack it if it is your first run.
You'll need to determine your main goal as well, if it is truly to lean up then you'll have to put lean mass gains on hold while you drop down towards 10% body fat (you can still gain strength during this time...
Just since I'm occasionally stupid and I wanted to see what the limits really are I've been pushing it lately. I'm hitting 12-13 hours of training (that includes recovery work) currently and splitting sessions whenever I can. Will I survive? Idk but I feel great (about 4 weeks in deload soon)...
I've been in the gym way too long lately......been splitting my sessions. [emoji53]
Not surprised people noting injuries popping up, still interested to see how it all turns out for most tho!
Depends on multiple factors.
Depending on how much you are doing now you may have to decrease the amount as you add strength training in (or possibly not), but you can definitely continue to run as you bulk if you enjoy it!
Agree with this.
I don't recommend them to everyone, but for those who train hard (more so meaning they have everything in line with training and diet than actual straight intensity) I think they can be very helpful. I won't go without my Amino IV during training, even if I can progress...
Honestly this would be a big concern for me as well. Just because they copied everything superficially doesn't mean that what they put in there is even the same. ;)
That's fine I hope I don't come off as rude (I may sound it but I'm not trying to).
Just stating my opinion and understand other view points. I feel cutting should have definite time constraints and feel short term decreases in hormonal issues aren't too big of an issue as they'll go right...
Definitely think it can be helpful depending on training and goals.
I really don't ever miss taking my Amino IV (BCAA/EAA plus other ingredients specifically designed to enhance recovery and help build muscle and strength) + carbs (Gatorade or Koolaid). Keeps my performance and recovery at its...
I wouldn't necessarily cut it further (for myself I would), but I definitely wouldn't add more fats.
Carbs give more than just a pump. They will improve performance which will lead to better workouts which lead to a better stimulus which would retain lbm better by allowing intensity and volume...
I default to keeping protein the same (usually .8-1g per pound). Then carbs based on activity level. Fats are what I'd drop first as Id rather lower them temporarily while cutting and keep my carbs high to keep train productive (better pumps for better motivation, better performance = better...
The additions definitely add some solid improvements.
The adaptogenic benefits of B. Diffusa on performance and GDA benefits are a nice touch and KSM-66 offers benefits on cortisol control.
