Based on the safety data for artificial sweeteners there doesn't appear to be any reason to avoid sucralose in the doses you'll get in many things. If you do have specific studies showing stevia to be healthier please feel free to provide them.
If it really is a concern you can purchase the...
Sorry I'll get you guys some vids. I attempted a 3rm on dl today and hit 2 at 455. Probably could have grinded the third out but rushed it so didn't set the lats and figured it wasn't worth it.
I was exhausted today so I was pumped anyway and that's the best belted dl I've hit in comp so...
You could (and many do) dose both Shift with your morning Norcodrene dose.
Alternatively you may be fine adding Shift to either of those pre-workouts, just remember Shift does contain Synephrine so it may add additional stimulation to them.
Ya that would work. When I used to work out early I'd have quite a bit of carbs in my final too meals of the day the nights before my hardest workouts.
Ya I'd check out CDP-choline. My go to for focus like this. 250-500mgs of that + a bit of caffeine + High Volume is awesome for really getting that mind muscle connection (the enhanced pumps tend to lead to easier ability to feel that connection).
Dude that looked so easy! Glad you told TRAC to screw itself haha.
Watch some of mikes vids of his squats to get an idea for walking out. You'll get it though, just takes practice (and for me just not being lazy, I get lazy too often...)
More "can" be better but isn't necessary. Anywhere from 50-100mg has been shown to have positive impact (50mg are in Shift).
Feel free to add more if you'd like to, which may improve benefits, but it isn't needed.
Talk to your coach then. Regardless of if the programming is effective you haven't bought in so it won't work regardless. Have him explain why he has you doing what your doing and that may help.
