    I ran it for 8 weeks at the recommended dosage and the biggest take away was improved sleep quality. I can't say I noticed much in regard to strength or size. That was just my personal experience, FWIW.

    Re-read my first sentence again. There is no one size fits all, preference will vary. That was just my experience.

    You may just have to experiment a bit and find what works best for you. I tried glutes a few times and it was an awkward motion, with significantly more PIP than when I inject quads.

    I only lift 3, maybe 4 days per week. There is no doubt in my mind that I'd see better results adding another day or two into the rotation. However, as a "recreational lifter" I'm pretty happy with my current work/home/gym balance.
