    I'm not sure I quite understand the question. But you should definitely run nolva for 4 weeks for pct. You can use the otc stuff with it if you want but after 7 weeks of epistane you definitely need a SERM. I think people would suggest running the ai about two weeks past the SERM to prevent...

    Interesting. I'm not a very big guy and I've been using 1 inch on my delta for fear of not going deep enough but perhaps that's overkill, idk. I did notice my last delt shot I did it real slow and left the needle in for 30 seconds afterwards and still a little oil came out when I withdrew it.

    Definitely cut out the booze. Get yourself some tudca. I had a similar thing happen when taking OL epi5tane. Not totally convinced the epistane was legit but liver started to hurt after a few days

    You need a real SERM not rebirth. You can run rebirth alongside it but you need nolva or clomid. Some may disagree with me but I'd imagine most would not
