Eat how long after cardio for best results?

It’s about BMR. If your BMR is temporarily increased due to thermogenics or exercise, if you’re fasted and preferably in ketosis, you’ll be dipping into more of your ketone stores during that period. If you are already tracking your BMR via HR monitor / fitbit / whatever and using total...

Eat how long after cardio for best results?

Pretty true. I think if he’s looking for that .05%, eating when your resting heart rate is down, outside of an exercise window should allow for maximum autophagy / catabolism / lipolysis. While your BMR is up and you’re fasted, you’re dipping further into the old ketone tank for longer.

Eat how long after cardio for best results?

I don’t think it’s overly critical, but 3-4 hours could yield better results. Use your resting heart rate as a guide, too.

    Aging well?

Damn it! lol With the money I would have saved, I just ordered the 3.5g and a capsulated sample version for a friend of mine who keeps resisting trying it for insomnia and PD.

    Aging well?

I have a bit more detail and some extra supps, if you’re after anti-inflammatory action. Here’s the anti-inflammation parts of my daily stack: CLA (conjugated linoleuc acid) - with meals, for fat loss and muscle gains, anti-inflammatory Forskolin - with meals, for fat loss / prevention...

    Aging well?

I found best dosing schedule was at night, as it knocked me right out within about 30 minutes. Best night’s sleep, too. :) I have a lot of CBD research / journal articles / links here, which I’ll be able to post in a couple of days, at this rate lol.

    Don’t underestimate Gluten

You’re demonstrating a level of care that is more professional than many doctors I encounter in my travels. More often than not, I see doctors shoot from the hip when diagnosing issues and then throw bandaids around to manage the symptoms without investigating the layers below. I don’t know if...

    Aging well?

Some healthy veterans here! :) Let’s also turn this into a thread of tips that have helped us turn back the clock or at least helped pause it for a little longer? Technical, if possible? I’ll start: NMN - derivative of an unusual form of Vitamin B3. Being studied extensively for reversing...

    1-Andro while on SARM cycle

Ahh. In my country, 1-Andro is sold as a dietary supplement, hence my confusion. YK-11 is not well documented in literature, however from what I’ve understood from looking at the molecule, it appears to be a myostatin inhibitor built on a steroid backbone. With that in mind, I suspect it can...

    1-Andro while on SARM cycle

Yeah I was struggling to choose an area to post it, as it crosses both. I chose supplements as ultimately the product being discussed is sold as a supp. :) Currently running RAD-140 and YK-11 with an AI.

    1-Andro while on SARM cycle

Has anyone tried this before? I’m looking to optimise my T “supply chain” while on cycle. Currently supplementing with: DHEA (which I’m running low on, hence the question) + Tribulus Tongkat ali and my preworkout has - D-aspartic acid Fenugreek seed powder L-carnitine tartrate Tribulus...

    Don’t underestimate Gluten

Actually, neural inflammation is where the current depression research is at, along with gut flora / fauna.

    Don’t underestimate Gluten

Yeah, there is also non-celiac gluten sensitivity, revolving around excessive zonulin release, which causes excessive bowel wall permeability issues. Try that imupro test. :)
