Yes thank you. Exemestane is a med, just like Nolvadex, Clomid. Its a non otc Aromatase Inhibitor that will actually work for stopping the rebound gyno that can occur from Epistane. Using something like PES Erase or your Nolvadren might help prevent it, but once it occurs, it wont help. Someone... -

nolvadren xt does not seem needed. Just doing a quick search it appears to be some type of otc ai. If Gyno symptoms occur, then this wont help - you will need Exemestane. Cant give source, but you will probably be able to get from the same source that you got your Nolva from. Just do a google... -

This though, would be dependent on the deficit? Someone cutting on a 300 calorie deficit in my opinion will loose very little muscle and strength, most of which when you get to single digit bf. Cutting at a 1k deficit, you are sure to lose muscle. I'd rather cut at a 300 cal deficit and have it... -

Starting to think I might just cut natty from April to July (drop from 13 to 8 ish % bf) and then do a nice recomp with Epistane or Halo at a 300-500 calorie surplus.
