  15. Long term erase at 1 cap a day?

    this^^^^ i'm not sure if it is a good idea taking erase for so long. would you take a prohormone or a steroid for 6 months? they all affect hormonal balance in the body, and if you take them too long then it can mess with you bad.

  16. L-Leucine-ketoisocaproic acid calcium WARNING

    it's funny, since i have read about the advantages of taking l-leucine over bcaa as the l-leucine is more useful for muscle recovery. i'd be interested to see if it is the leucine, the excess calcium, or the ketoisocaproic acid.
