    I alternate days, Still haven't taken SS and SFX on the same day. But I can easily see me taking SS for a morning workout then a little later on taking SFX in the future. I don't crash from SS but I do miss it when it goes. Haven't felt jittery at all, but you gotta try it to know for yourself...

    Gotta agree with the Grimace, that's how I did it and it went very well, haven't gotten past 1 scoop, feels just right. What cardio do you do T? I'm thinking about trying the UR + SS Combo for sprints on the weekend. Depends how my legs feel after today's workout.....
