    12.5mg's before bed I just ran it for a total of four weeks. I take melatonin as well, I get it from my sleep aid that C&P carries. Just toss and wash it with egg whites.

    Yea it was. I ran it last year and to be honest I didn't get much from it. I don't know if it was the quality or I had my expectations to high. Is the Melatonin inside the MK cap or pellet or you taking it separately? The log I'm running on Chemical 4 blows MK out of the water for water for me.
