    Yeah, for me personally accutane would definitely be the LAST thing I would try. I am extremely ance prone, and at just 300mg of pantothenic acid it cleared my face up dramatically within about two weeks. Again, I wouldn't go with 1 or 2 grams of it..that's way overkill IMO ..but to each his own

    Havoc is just an Epi clone, so the answer is yes. They will all be Epithio compunds. I don't know what a couple of those supps are, but if you want an example of a sample Epi cycle and pct, you can look at mine...Here is the name of it, and type it exactly like this or it may not come up...

    X2... Diet and cardio brother. And beer is definitely a terrible idea for weight loss. Beer+prohormones=baddddd idea and will eat your liver values like no other. Gotta make healthy choices for a healthy body.

    Pantothenic Acid?

    I've been taking Pantothenic Acid for a few months now. Took a couple weeks to work, but I found that between 300-500mg works best. Most guys find this to be best as well. Kept me from breaking out during cycle and pct. Great stuff, and cheap.

    Running both Clomid AND Nolva isn't necessary for an Hdrol cycle. Like above though, Torem would likely be a good option and is less hepatoxic than the other two SERMS

    RPN Havoc, IBE Epistane, LGI Epi-10 All good options. Personally I would go with any of those. There are plenty out there though, just research which ones may or may not be right for you.

Granted I was doing plenty of drugs before I got locked up, and obviously wasn't while I was there.. ...but I walked out of there a solid 155 and was the biggest and most muscular I've ever been..
