    I’ve actually looked into pomella and it also helps with gut health and metabolism, there’s more but can’t remember it all, it seems like an awesome ingredient.

    Completely understandable, with my routine right now, I take it 2 days on, 1 off. But when I have to start watching funds I’ll take a week off here and there. I also feel like it kinda helps with tolerance.

    Between the price point, servings, and profile, it really is hard to beat. I take the caffeine free and have had both fruit punch and peach rings, both amazing but peach is one of my go to flavors, so it’s extremely good to me.

    I’m sure others and Steve can answer, but for me personally, it does not cause sluggishness or drowsiness, it’s more of just a relaxing feeling. I’ve been through atleast 3 of the large bottles of it.
