Back brace belts for work have been banned by OSHA for a few years now cause they are proven to create injuries on the job before they help one. Would imagine using a belt for anything other than form is prob a bad idea. "keep the waist tight" what does that help?
Anyway saw a guy today about...
Totally forgot about this one.
Saw a teenage kid trying to "save" another teenage kid by talking the word of god in the locker room. Kid didn't even lift he just came to the gym to spread the good word. Lol so annoying man. The kid who was working out was with his dad and the dad said "stop...
Do the old guys that stay naked from the waist down entirely to long in the locker room and have convos with anyone who will listen count?
Saw a guy drying his nuts with the hair dryer one time.
I see kids throw the pad on the bar (I call it the bitch pad) knee wraps, belt and 350lbs just to squat down 6inches every week at my gym. Then try and leave the weights on the bar afterwards.
Had a friend I grew up with run gear at 16. He is now in his late 20's and can't grow muscle for **** and is not jacked anymore at all. Low T all day. It's a shame
You don't see your buddy at 30 with low T and needing a doctor to get a hard on. It's not about the now it's about a couple years down the rd. Don't do it.
Sounds like your shut down and need to come off. 4 weeks of SD is harsh on its own an to go another 4 weeks with a methlyated compound like EPI your deff shut down and need to help getting you going again. I would stop and PCT now.
Your to young still bro don't screw yourself up. I know you might see other young guys doing cycles and they appear fine but you don't see them at 30 with low T needing a doctor to make them normal. Wait it out bro it will be worth it.
