    I'm in this age bracket as well. To be honest, the majority of my workouts at the gym are now with cables. Say what you want about cables, but I don't get injured using them and get a great pump.

    Mass gain supplement

    I can only do about 20 mins cardio before I get bored and had enough. What I typically do: I'll start with 10 mins HIIT. I'll work my way up to a speed of 10 and that will last for about a minute each time. The next 10 mins I'll do incline at 12.0, 3.2 speed.

    Pumps are noticeable immediately. Strength and muscle fullness also noticeable pretty quickly. Recomp effects within a week or two.
