Yeah it does foam when shaken, but I have this sweet little battery operated blender that solves that :) and mgn is the only brand ill make my protein brownies with.
I had the wrap on my s2000 with my bumper cut (for air) and I never had issues, but after sucking up water ( different car) and now living in an area that floods easily i won't get another cai.
I had success with letro at getting rid of my gyno, but I didn't wait as long as you did. I wouldn't run another PH until you solve the gyno problem. Oh and it may take longer than a few weeks to fully rid your gyno but it should reduce it in a week or two. Good luck.
Is your fender liner gone? Just because you don't get submerged doesn't mean it won't. It only takes one time. Hydro locked and water in your oil means possible bent rods throw a bearing, ruin a sensor. Just saying its not worth the small horsepower you get. There's a reason they don't do it...
I'm very gyno prone but would like to run another mdrol cycle. What is best for keeping gyno sides away? I plan on getting bloods done before and mid cycle to see where my E is at.
The wraps help by repelling water. But it can still get fully submerged. Not worth it. You can seize your motor if you suck up enough water. Your getting at best 7 hp with that intake. Just leave cut as a short ram.
Try a more strict form. Squeeze your shoulder blades together bringing your shoulders back, then perform the movements with you elbows slightly bent. Some pain is normal for me too, I work through it but keep the weight fairly light until I'm good and warmed up.
Yeah 3G a day. I had case of gyno from mdrol 2 yrs back that I got rid of with letro. These new lumps are in a diff place. Sucks cuz I bought a lot of daa. I was only taking 1 pill of erase a day though. But along with inhibit p and endosurge I thought I'd be good. I might give daa another try...
So I'm 14 days into my DAA endosurge erase inhibit p stack and I've noticed a hard bb sized lump on both my nipples. This sucks. I must be super gyno prone. I've stopped the daa and will taper off erase endo and inhibit p. just thought is share for others thinking in running DAA.
Go heavy on back exercises: deads, pulls, etc. workout bi/tris twice one week then just once the next to let them recover and repeat. Focus on brachialis exercises and outer tricep work to get some width. And of course it takes time, so be diligent and keep at it. Good luck.
