First, you do not need to go to failure all the time. It can actually hinder you.
What is your routine like?
It's hard to know if you don't lay your program out.
What are all your stats too?
Basic info: currently finishing pct of test e.
have had 3 knee surgeries and 1 shoulder surgery and tons of pulled/torn muscles.
Hoping to get my body back to normal through running this. Some lean gains and possible hair re-growth is just a side effect I'm willing to risk!
Stats:
5'10"...
I just received my order of TB500 (thymosin beta-4) and as soon as my needles/sterile water come in I will be logging my experience with the peptide!
All who are interested/intrigued in this peptide should jump on board! 2mg/week 6 weeks to start.
Well was thinking starting with aromasin and switching to erase since it would ease my mind of being less harsh per say. Or do I have that wrong? I would not want to stay on aromasin for a long period of time. Especially if I am not running test at the time
I do a variation of WS4DB III.
Mon: Max lower
Tues: max upper
Wed: dynamic lower
Thurs: power/rep upper
Friday: killer circuit
Have to put the maxs together like that due to training/games on sat
Normal split is mon/tues thurs/Friday which I liked too
Agreed, I've had my t3/4 checked before cause I had symptoms of hyperthyroidism and turned out not to be but if those are the symptoms of it I don't want it / hypo either.
