All,
Am going to be running a thread here that will go beyond the typical list of workouts with the weights and reps utilized, instead we will try to dive a bit deeper. Including the bigger question of WHYs...
So Lets open up with a big picture snapshot.

Team,
Am contemplating running a training journal that is also educational, problem I see is most journals just lapse into a list of workouts and weights with very little educational content.
Tell me, when you read a journal what do you like to see?
Some of the comments in here are amazing, here are my two cents. I will not get drawn into a large debate.
Fatigue is real and therefore overtraining is real. Every person dissipates fatigue differently.

Post a clear bench video for me to mark your starting point, I want to see what at least 330-350 looks like
Go for a clean single rep, no bouncing the heaviest you can go without failure
This will let me see your technique and strengths

It’s all about structure
Strength training is math, hate to say it
And just going to the gym and crushing it is only going to get you so far
Curious, what is your current bench max for a clean single rep ... clean, no bouncing
I think you are chasing a trap if you think by necessarily increasing another upper body lift it will just make your bench go up...

Last shoulder press workout was 95lbs for 4x15
My bench is over 405 on a bad day
Attached is 501

People would need a lot more information to intelligently answer how and why you’re stuck
Including:
How often you train
What intensities and percentages of max you train at
How often you fail lifts
Technique videos
Etc
Really doesn’t matter, totally subjective
If you have energy in the morning and aren’t significantly sacrificing quality sleep...then lift in the morning
