So I switched from convention deadlifts to an Ed Coan style of deadlifting with a narrow sumo stance. I love this form of deadlifting and feel it much more in my legs and much less stress on my back, as in none. Now, I did lower weight by a lot from what I was doing with convention. My issue now...
So Update: I couldn't lift the bar up earlier, at least with a conventional stance. I could not get the weight off the floor, even when lowering the weight down from 405 to 345. I lowered the weight down to 305 and switched to a sumo, or at least a more sumo style stance. I notcied that pulling...

I make a chest up, yet my back always rounds. I have tight hamstrings and tight shoulders. I do not feel pressure in my low back, but in my left si joint(sometimes) and upper back sometimes the day AFTER lifts.
I have severe shoulder mobility problems that also affect my neck and cannot get to a gym. Almost all mobility exercises I've seen involve cables. I only have access to dumbbells and a barbell.
Dr. Scholls is cookie cutter garbage sold at Walmart. Take it from someone with flat feet, unless an insole is custom made, it isn't worth it. If your have good arches in your feet, lift without arch support. If you don't, get custom insoles.
In terms of injury, yes I have messed my shoulders up from doing ego benching in my mid 20s. I cannot barbell bench at all, unless it's reverse grip, or with a swiss bar.
Thanks guys. I have a new video up I'll post here. I only did one rep to check the form. I am able to get lower, IF I do a more underhand grip. As far as doing one arm at a time, it's because it's easier to get the weight up when it's heavy. I still need to get a video of me doing the seated...
Well, my arms seem to have grown half an inch in both forearms and bicep/triceps. I just hope the size remains once I loose the fat. Anyway, I added in tricep kick backs and the way I've been doing hammer curls is, I go super heavy 4-6 reps for two sets and I stand and grip the squat rack with...
They just said within normal range. I didn't get to see the full report, just what the doc had on the screen and I only thought about thyroid at the time. They have a login system you can apply for, but I don't since it makes my records less secure. I can call and ask. I think glucose levels in...
So, I'm extremely carb sensitive. I have a slow metabolism and it does not even matter if I'm in a calorie deficit, or do cardio. What usually happens is, I might loose 10-15 pounds in a few months after being very strict with diet and doing cardio and then it'll stall for months to the point...
Well, I've had way better workouts with seated incline press than standing. Less strain on the shoulders, but that's probably due to using lighter weight. I had to drop weight to do the incline press seated. Though, it seems the seat might actually be higher than 60 degree and closer to 70, but...
Yeah I have wrist wraps, but I try to avoid using them unless my wrists are bothering me. Like how I've recently had to use them because my left wrist was hurting while dumbbell benching. I just don't want to always use them and have the muscles around the wrist get weak(if it would cause...
I don't want to hijack the thread, but I have a similar question. I need some more exercises to do to grow my arms, but the exercises need to be pretty tame on my wrists. I hurt my wrists years ago by ego curling and lifting someone up(friend of a friend pissed me off so I lifted him up and...
