  1. RAW EGGS

The egg whites digest slower when eaten raw and can cause digestive problems. I love raw yolks though :). I think it's more convenient to eat them cooked. I wouldn't worry about the salmonella if you find good quality, organic eggs from pasture fed chickens. I've eaten tons of raw yolks during...
  2. Training Fasted, yes or no

I use 20 grams of BCAA's and start drinking it in the beginning of my training and usually finish when I've done half of my workout.
  3. losing weight bigger waist WTF

Could it be inflammation? Even if you eat 'clean' you could actually be insensitive to some of the foods that you're eating and therefore inflaming your gut. That could also add fat around your navel (because of the increased cortisol). Do you have any kind of digestive problems? Gas, burping...
  4. Training Fasted, yes or no

I've also dabbled with EAA's for a couple of weeks and I think that they give the same effect.
  5. Training Fasted, yes or no

I've recently used a Optimal Nutrition's product, but I just noticed that it contains soy and may contain gluten and all kinds of other allergens :(. Not going to repeat that mistake again.
  6. Vegan diet

Mike Mahler is vegan and has made it work for him. He claims that his hormone profile is optimal. He's not a bodybuilder but a strong guy none the less. I'd check his stuff out.
  7. Training Fasted, yes or no

I've trained fasted a lot and I've noticed that using BCAA's really make a difference and I've been able to get muscle mass while cutting with this method.
  8. Fasting and supplements

How much BCAA's are you fasters taking before training?
  9. My journey to cutting

    Nice progress!
  10. Help choosing a good preworkout supplement

How about EAAs? 6 grams before workout is supposed to increase protein synthesis by 600%. I learned this from Rob Regish, the author of The Blueprint, while listening to Superhuman Radio.
  11. Does creatine do anything?

    Thanks!
  12. SHR 7/5 Arthur Jones' Metabolic Conditioning + Building The Heart For Greater Output

I found this show very useful. And the second part with Skala was something that I actually wished for. Thanks!
  13. Does creatine do anything?

'Negative' as in 'No I don't have any knowledge/opinion about the subject' or 'No, it's not necessary to lay off the creatine periodically'?
  14. Dips and chest pain

If it hurts, something's wrong. I would skip that exercise and do something else, if it doesn't feel right. Also make sure that you have the technique down and that you use a sensible, controlled tempo, with no funny stuff, like bouncing or sudden drops to the bottom position.
  15. Problem with muscle asymmetry?

I would get a second opinion from someone else. It could be a nerve thing. At least, stop doing barbell work for your upper body and use dumbbells. How's your shoulder flexibility? Do you stretch regularly?
  16. being sick!

A bolus one time dose (200 000 IU) of vitamin A is supposed to kill viruses, even mono infection. I heard that from Super Human Radio. Can't remember who the guest was.
  17. Beards

I grow a modest one every now and then. Then I get sick of it, because it starts to get in the way of eating with a clean chin. Then I grow it back again, because I think it makes me look a bit older and I'm too lazy to shave my chin every day :P
  18. Any Good Books?

'Hyperion' by Dan Simmons. Great science fiction and it has many kinds of styles of storytelling, because different characters are telling their own stories. I has a sequel 'The Fall of Hyperion'. I've heard that other Simmons' books are great as well.
  19. Does creatine do anything?

I can definetly do more reps when using creatine. I do take a week or two off regularly because I've heard that one can become insensitive to it when used a lot. Has anyone any opinions/knowledge on that?
  20. Show suggestions?

Thanks for the info! I'll download it at once :). I wouldn't mind if he came to the show again, though.
