    Buddy, first rule.... No Serm, no cycle. I'm using Clomid for an epistane cycle. Use serm during pct.

    No I would not have recommended it for first cycle, but you're in cycle. Research SERM, find serm, buy serm. If not research gyno.

    I think it was middle of week 3. It takes a little while to kick in. I also used endocrine to help. Don't forget to start your DAA two weeks before the end of your cycle.

    Taurine for back pumps. Split your Epi dose, lethargy kicked my a$$ when I went to 50. It worked so well I went to 60!!

    Erase Pro was good for me. It also helped me maintain aggressiveness. Start DAA Tue last 2 weeks of cycle. Again, good for me, JMO.

    LMG looks under dosed. 20mgs of sd is a safe solid dose. Again on the multiple Ph products, one (or more) compounds are over or under dosed. Add an extra bottle of lmg and you could do it, your body your call.
