How beneficial is it to use a moderate dose of testosterone during caloric maintenance/deficit in order to preserve muscle mass? I do not consider myself a bodybuilder but I would like to become leaner while preserving my hard earned mass.

I am taking follidrone 2.0 , eating slightly above maintenance and every time I lift I add one more rep on my lifts. , my squat has gone from 365-390 and 3weeks ago my 145lb dumbbell press was for 1 rep, and now it is for 3 reps. I am also now able to dumbbell military press 120 lbs in one hand...
Haha total bro science, it is relaxing and feels good I agree but I don't think it's useful to rely on that to "reduce cortisol and elevate testosterone" , not worth it
Haha better I tell you now, I think it would be better to limit carbs on Msten. BUT, after 2 weeks of Msten I also added ment, so that was responsible for water weight too
