    Can't stop biting my nails

    I've been biting since I was a teen, and have tried stopping several times with liquid applications. Now I see my four year old picking up this habit, and I really can't have that. Anyone with advice out there? Has anyone quit before? I can't cut off my hands or wear gloves all the time...
